| Donate | Unrestricted Fund of The Community Foundation When The Community Foundation was established in 1985, there was only one fund – The Unrestricted Fund of The Community Foundation. This fund provides the most flexibility for The Community Foundation to meet the changing needs of Muncie and Delaware County. The Unrestricted Fund currently provides grants through the Strategic Grants Program, the Quarterly Competitive Grants Program, and other special programs and initiatives of The Community Foundation. |
